refactor: convert table html to markdown

What was wrong/why is this fix needed? (quick summary only)

Although the table can be converted to markdown, the conversion is not done.

Although the conversion was done, the UI of the table became beautiful from the user's point of view, but I am not sure if it improved in terms of readability from maintainer.
